We are truly grateful to be receiving a large number of reservation requests. At the same time, this has made it increasingly difficult for us to accommodate everyone at their preferred date and time, and unfortunately, there are occasions when we are unable to accept a reservation.

We also sincerely apologize to those whom we have been unable to accommodate, despite your wish to make an appointment with us.

We are currently reviewing our reservation system and salon operations to create a better environment in which more guests can book with ease.
